MICROSOFT Bookings

Our booking engine runs on Microsoft Booking. It is a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

The services are part of our MS365 IT setup and are hosted in the EU. To make your booking, we ask you to provide your name and email address to be able to send you the invitation and reminders before the booked time. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the German GDPR regulations for business communication.

Contact form

Data transmitted via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored in order to be able to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your already given consent at any time. An informal e-mail notification is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or there is no longer any need to store data. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Google reCAPTCHA

“Google reCAPTCHA v2” is used on this website. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered in the provided has been entered by a human or by an automated program in order to avoid spam messages. The “I’m not a robot” Checkbox requires the user to manully click a checkbox indicating the user is not a robot. This will either pass the user immediately (with No CAPTCHA) or challenge them to validate whether or not they are human. To evaluate if the person is real, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). Should you not want your information to be transmitted, contact us using the e-mail address as stated above in the imprint.

The above mentioned data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO as the the website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam.
